Now that you've started working with Dr. West, you may have noticed how your body is beginning to feel different while it works on returning to a more natural state. The best way to maintain treatments is to work on mobility and strengthening exercises. The last thing you want is to start the recovery journey only to be set back again by your daily routine.
Through close work with Dr. West, I can curate exercises and mobility movements that can aid in the healing process started by his work. It is quite common for a lot of people to get to a place where they are pain free only to slowly return to a point of discomfort again. Through an app I will be able to provide workouts, accountability, and even check up on your exercise form to ensure you are getting the correct muscles working for each exercise.
