PURPOSE DRIVEN TRAINING

Hybrid training models:
Standard: 1 in-person session per month: $400/mo. (includes 1 in-person session and custom workout app access)

 In- house 3: $450/mo. 1 in-person session per month and up to three appointments in studio per week with pre-programmed workouts (from the custom workout app)

All self guided in-house sessions are 1hr in length and MUST be scheduled. There will be only one client permitted per hour. Extra drop-ins can be scheduled at $8/session and is available only to current clients. In-studio hybrid clients will be capped at 12 total to avoid a lack of available open drop in times 

Muscular strength will be a foundation in all training. Whether you run marathons, have an injury, or just looking to live a healthier life, strengthening your body will help you feel your best.

Strength and Conditioning

Mobility and stability are complementary in nature. When you strive to improve mobility at a joint, to some degree you sacrifice stability. It works the opposite way as well; the more stable you make a joint, the more you inherently restrict its mobility.
