Definitely! The 365 Roadmap has programs for full-gym access, A TRX and light bands, and for bodyweight and a couple of small dumbells. You will have access to all three programs which will give you options no matter what you have around at the time.
The VTP is completely custom and I will build your program to your needs and equipment availability.
I do suggest some equipment if you have the ability to purchase it. The easiest and most affordable options would be the following:
TRX straps (ceiling mount optional) ($130 estimate)
Fabric resistance bands for the legs ($15 estimate)
1/2 inch pull-up band ($12 estimate)
Foam roller ($20 estimate) or massage gun($125 estimate) to release tension
Not a problem. Not everyone is going to be able to do everything as prescribed. If you can't execute an exercise, you can pick a more simple way of doing it or skip it all together. Your best bet is to do as many repititions as you can with good form. You can mark down the number and start from that point on the next workout. You will slowly build up more strength over time.
Please do not try and push through exercises with bad form. It will only lead to injuries and set backs. Always think in terms of risk vs. reward.
Good form is the most important part of a fitness program. From time to time you may experience discomfort during an exercise. General muscle soreness in normal after workouts, but pain in either the muscle or joint isn't. Cease the exercise that is causing discomfort until you can find the cause.
That being said, elbow pain shouldn't stop you from doing lower body and core work. The name of the game is consistency and keeping your forward progress will be key to reaching your goals.
